Donn Davis, the founder and co-owner of PFL, has publicly stated that his promotion is prepared to offer UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones a staggering $50 million to compete against Francis Ngannou.
Davis emphasized the significance of this potential matchup, stating on X (formerly Twitter) that it`s the only way Jones can secure such a massive payday. He framed the fight as a battle to determine the undisputed MMA heavyweight champion and the best fighter across all weight classes, anticipating it as a “fight of the decade” for mixed martial arts enthusiasts.
It`s worth noting that Jon Jones hasn`t fought since his victory over Stipe Miocic last November, where he secured a knockout win.
