Tex-Mex Cuisine Highlights Scottie Scheffler’s 2025 Masters Dinner Menu

Scottie Scheffler, a two-time Masters winner, will once again curate the menu for the prestigious Masters Club dinner in 2025.

The tradition of this dinner, honoring the defending champion, began in 1952 thanks to Ben Hogan. It’s an exclusive gathering for Masters champions and the club chairman, Fred Ridley, as an honorary guest.

Scheffler, who secured his second green jacket last year with a final round of 68, finishing at 11 under par and defeating Ludvig Åberg by four strokes, has designed a menu that reflects his Texas roots.

The champions will begin their meal with an appetizer selection of cheeseburger sliders, firecracker shrimp, and meatball and ravioli bites. This will be followed by Texas-style chili, and the main course offers a choice between cowboy ribeye or blackened redfish.

Dessert will feature a tempting warm chocolate chip skillet cookie served with vanilla bean ice cream.

This Tex-Mex inspired menu presents a contrast to the Spanish flavors chosen by Jon Rahm in 2024, which included dishes like gernika peppers and lentil stew. Notably, Scheffler’s 2025 menu shares similarities with his selections from 2023.

The consistency suggests a winning formula. One might wonder, however, if tortilla soup will make an appearance.
