Phil Foden has responded with a brief message after receiving offensive chants from Manchester United fans concerning his mother.
During Manchester City`s 0-0 draw at Old Trafford, the 24-year-old was targeted with disrespectful chants about his mother.

Man City manager Pep Guardiola strongly criticized the fans responsible for the “shameful” chants. He stated it was a “lack of class” and expressed his bewilderment at individuals involving Phil Foden`s mother, emphasizing their behavior as lacking integrity and shameful.
Foden has since posted his reaction on Instagram, writing: “We keep going,” accompanied by five photos from the Manchester derby match.
Supporters have shown an outpouring of support for the midfielder in the comments, encouraging him to disregard the negativity and praising his resilience.
Following the derby, Guardiola expressed his surprise at Manchester City`s performance decline this season, noting that while not just Foden, but the team`s overall level has dropped from previous standards. He acknowledged that in the game against Man Utd, they were not performing at their usual level.
