The Florida Panthers are bringing back forward A.J. Greer to their lineup for Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final against the Edmonton Oilers.

Head coach Paul Maurice confirmed the decision, stating that Greer will replace Jesper Boqvist for Monday`s crucial game.

This will be A.J. Greer`s first appearance in the 2025 Stanley Cup Final. He previously played in 12 playoff games for the Panthers this season, recording two goals and one assist. Greer missed Game 4 against the Carolina Hurricanes due to an undisclosed injury but returned for Game 5. Jesper Boqvist had skated in Greer`s spot for the first two games of the Final.

The series is currently tied 1-1 after Florida secured a 3-2 overtime victory in Game 2.

Game 3 between the Panthers and Oilers is scheduled for Monday.
