NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Nashville Predators defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs 5-2 on Saturday night, overcoming a four-game losing streak. Filip Forsberg led the Predators with two goals and an assist, while Luke Evangelista contributed a goal and two assists.

For Nashville, Michael Bunting and Kieffer Bellows also found the back of the net. Fedor Svechkov provided two assists, and goaltender Juuse Saros stopped 24 shots.

Mitch Marner scored one goal and assisted on another for Toronto, and John Tavares also scored. Goalie Joseph Woll made 27 saves for the Maple Leafs, whose three-game winning streak came to an end. Auston Matthews tallied two assists in the game.
