Kylian Mbappe showed his bewilderment when a remote control car broke down right on the field before the Nations League match between France and Croatia.
Just moments before the game was set to begin, a small remote control car was used to bring the ball to Mbappe.
The forward first took the ball from the car, intending to place it at the center of the pitch.
However, as the car tried to drive away, it stopped moving after going only a short distance.
Mbappe then decided to handle the situation himself by picking up the remote control car.
Before he could move it off the field, the person controlling the car rushed to retrieve it.
After this brief interruption, the match commenced as scheduled.
France proceeded to win the match 2-0, tying the aggregate score at 2-2 in the Nations League quarter-final.
Ultimately, Les Bleus advanced to the next stage, winning 5-4 in a penalty shootout.
In the semi-final, they are set to play against Spain on June 5, who also advanced after a penalty shootout victory against the Netherlands following a 5-5 draw.
The other semi-final will see Germany facing Portugal on June 4.
These semi-final matches are scheduled shortly before the Club World Cup in the United States and just days after the Champions League final.
