Midfielder Thomas Partey is one of many Premier League players who woke up today without a club. His contract with Arsenal has officially expired.
Partey is now actively searching for a new team.
Arsenal had previously considered offering Partey a new deal following his strong performances last season. However, talks did not result in an agreement, especially as the Gunners pursued other midfield targets like Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad and Christian Norgaard from Brentford.
Interest in Partey is reported from abroad, with clubs such as Juventus, AC Milan, and Galatasaray mentioned.

Partey isn`t the only significant name in the Premier League to find themselves without a contract today.
At Manchester United, both Victor Lindelof and Christian Eriksen have departed. They were reportedly not part of the new long-term strategy under Ruben Amorim and are now looking for new clubs.

Elsewhere, Everton has also seen several players leave. Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Abdoulaye Doucoure, and Mason Holgate have all exited the Merseyside club.

West Ham United has also lost three players: Kurt Zouma, Vladimir Coufal, and Danny Ings, whose contracts expired.
Tottenham Hotspur sees Sergio Reguilon depart on a free transfer.
Fulham`s striker Carlos Vinicius has left, though the club is still in discussions to keep right-back Kenny Tete, despite interest from Everton.
Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest defender Harry Toffolo has parted ways with the club.
And relegated Southampton`s captain, Kyle Walker-Peters, is also leaving St Mary`s.
