Following his victory over Anthony Smith, Chinese light heavyweight contender Minyan Zhang has issued a challenge to former UFC champion Jiří Procházka.
In a post-fight interview, Zhang directly called out Procházka, stating, “In my next fight, I want to meet Jiří Procházka.” He recounted being present at Procházka`s memorable fight against Glover Teixeira in Singapore and expressed admiration for his fighting style and warrior spirit. Zhang conveyed his motivation, adding, “Although you are no longer the champion, I would like to fight you to test myself. Jiří — you are next!”
