NEW YORK — In a Saturday night clash, Nazem Kadri delivered the decisive goal at 3:51 into overtime, propelling the Calgary Flames to a 4-3 victory over the New York Islanders.

Matt Coronato shone for Calgary with two goals, while Jonathan Huberdeau contributed a goal and two assists, marking the Flames` third consecutive win. Goaltender Dan Vladar was solid in net, stopping 26 shots.

The Islanders` scoring came from Bo Horvat, Marc Gatcomb, and Kyle MacLean. Maxim Tsyplakov and Noah Dobson each tallied two assists. Marcus Hogberg, the Islanders` goalie, made an impressive 31 saves as New York`s three-game winning streak ended, though they extended their point streak to five games with a 3-0-2 record.

Just moments before Kadri`s game-winner, Hogberg denied Morgan Frost on a breakaway, highlighting the intense back-and-forth action of the game.
