UFC bantamweight contender Merab Dvalishvili shared his thoughts on the upcoming rematch against former belt holder Sean O`Malley. This highly anticipated bout is set for the night of June 8th at UFC 316 in Newark, USA.
At a press conference, Dvalishvili stated, “This is a new fight, a fresh challenge. Sean mentioned he`d be 70% better this time. I can tell he`s being humble currently, but he definitely still aims for a knockout. My plan is to break him, and then, no issues, we can be friends.”
Recall their initial encounter occurred in September of the previous year. In that bout, the Georgian fighter secured the victory via unanimous decision.
