Conor McGregor on Chandler Bet Loss: “$500,000? Pocket Change!”

MMA

Former UFC two-weight champion Conor McGregor has reacted to losing his bet on Michael Chandler to win against Paddy Pimblett.

Their fight happened last weekend at UFC 314, where Pimblett secured a technical knockout victory in the third round.

McGregor commented on X, saying, “Chandler, you scumbag! Give it a rest, fair play. My history with Mike and the knockout odds made me take a chance. But my mind was on Paddy. He`s improving, but still has more to learn. The division might be lacking, but it`s competitive, and even skill levels make for exciting fights.”

He added, “So happy days, please. What`s $500,000 to people like me, remind me? More than your wallet. I’ll pay it back, for sure. Actually, I already have.”
