Sean Brady, the top-ranked welterweight contender in the UFC, has openly stated his desire to compete against fellow fighter Ian Garry.
Brady articulated his eagerness for the matchup, explaining, “Inevitably, I will face Ian Garry at some point, so why not expedite it now and get that potential challenge out of the way?” He recounted that following the fight between Jack Della Maddalena and Belal Muhammad, he personally suggested to Garry that they should fight, given that waiting for a title opportunity is not currently a feasible option.
