UFC American middleweight Bo Nickal has addressed the first loss of his professional mixed martial arts career.
Taking to social media after the bout, Nickal shared his perspective, writing, “I am grateful for the ups and downs. I will be back.”
The setback occurred last weekend at UFC on ESPN 67 in Des Moines. Nickal was defeated by technical knockout in a fight against Ranya de Ridder. This marks the first defeat for Nickal, ending his previously perfect professional record which stood at 7 wins and 0 losses.
