Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke is planning a massive £8 billion investment, but it`s directed towards his NFL team, not Arsenal.
The 77-year-old has announced plans to develop a 52-acre “village” for his Los Angeles Rams franchise.

The project will feature a cutting-edge training facility and headquarters for the LA Rams, along with a new indoor entertainment venue.
Located in Woodland Hills, California, the development will also encompass a hotel, retail spaces, a grocery store, and park areas.
The entire “Rams Village” project is estimated to take up to 10 years and cost as much as £8 billion.
Kroenke stated, “As we begin our 10th season back in Los Angeles, we are still dedicated to shaping the future of this great city.”
“Rams Village at Warner Center will continue the transformation of Woodland Hills by creating a lively community hub with public open spaces, new entertainment options, retail, and residential offerings.”
“This is a fantastic chance to develop a vibrant destination and establish the Rams` permanent base within Los Angeles, and we look forward to working with the City to make this vision a reality.”
The LA Rams` new training facility will include two full-size grass fields and a 150,000 square foot indoor practice field with seating for up to 2,500 spectators.
While this development is a significant boost for the NFL team, Arsenal fans are not happy with the announcement.

Some Arsenal fans believe that London Colney, the club`s training ground, is more deserving of upgrades as it was opened 26 years ago.
One fan wrote on X: “While KSE invests billions in the Rams` futuristic facilities, Arsenal’s London Colney training ground—stuck in the past with its 20th-century infrastructure—is still waiting for much-needed investment.”
Another commented: “KSE is investing $10B in a state-of-the-art Rams complex while London Colney is left with outdated, concrete-like pitches. What are their priorities?!”
It was reported last month that Arsenal are exploring options to increase the capacity of Emirates Stadium.
Discussions are reportedly in early stages, with various possibilities being considered.
The Gunners are also expected to make significant signings this summer, with plans to bring in a striker, winger, and midfielder.
Viktor Gyokeres and Nico Williams have both been mentioned as potential targets for the North London club.
Martin Zubimendi is also anticipated to join the team.
