Annie Kilner, estranged wife of Kyle Walker, is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow regarding a driving violation.
She is accused of driving a £70,000 Mercedes without maintaining proper control of the vehicle.
Police stopped her in Cheshire on June 8 of the previous year, around the time Kyle Walker was preparing to join the England team for the Euros.
The charges indicate that the driver was in a position where she was unable to properly handle the car.
The specifics of the accusation remain unclear.
Annie, 32, was also initially charged with using a mobile phone while driving, but this charge was later dropped.
This type of charge is typically applied when a driver`s position prevents them from having adequate control or a clear view of the road.
Such situations can include actions like eating, drinking, adjusting navigation systems, or changing music while driving.
The alleged incident occurred a few months after Annie and Kyle, 34, welcomed their fourth child and two days before Walker was scheduled to travel to Germany.
Previously, Annie discovered that her partner had fathered a second child with Lauryn Goodman, a social media personality.
Annie denied the driving charge in November.
If convicted at Chester Magistrates` Court tomorrow, Annie could receive three penalty points on her driving license and a fine.
Her court appearance is scheduled just hours before Kyle Walker is due to play for England against Latvia at Wembley Stadium.
Representatives for Annie have been contacted for comment.
